Happy Fall Equinox!

Today we transition from summer to fall...at 4:44pm EST to be specific.  When I left the cabin on my road trip this morning, the temperature was falling and the moon was glorious...it looked full even though it wasn't...maybe the Universe's way of keeping the spirit of the Equinox going:)
I arrived at the river house to this incredible blue sky with puffy and feathery clouds in the distance...
...not being at the cabin welcoming Fall, I'm happy being here on the river...can't wait for a moon dance with Jessi this upcoming weekend!

I'm keeping this post brief because I've been driving since 3:35am and have lots of tidying up to do...Happy Fall Equinox to you!

Thanks for reading my blog, you are the best f/f/r/s/f's, see you tomorrow,
Lise

I'm having a lovely rain storm right now, which is a good thing because everything was very dry and withered up...I've even had the joy of a few sounds of thunder! Hugs back dad:)

Hope you enjoy your visit. You are so right on with the pesto . I've never heard of it until I read your post but it sure did look delicious on these cool, autumn days. Hugs, xo

I found your blog on Susie Swanson's site, "Country Side Poet." You have great blog and I'm glad you are happy living in your mountain cabin. Sounds like a great place to live.

Thanks Susie, it's been a great visit so far. Pesto is really delicious...you can use it in pasta, on bread, as dressing when thinned a little with oil and vinegar...the opportunities are endless:) Hugs to you too!

Thanks so much Brenda, we love our cabin living.
