Have A Great Day

This morning's sky was speckled pink as the sun rose, and the river reflected the splendor beautifully...
...as I walked along the river, I exchanged the usual "good morning" with people I passed and several who saw my camera asked if I saw it (the sunrise) and we shared our admiration of it.

Later, a pair of runners passed by me, twice...the first time discussing the sunrise, the second time with the usual "have a great day" exchange (seems river road etiquette to use a different greeting when passing for a second time) and when one said the other was going to have great day I "woo hoo'd" as they kept running.  The pair went their separate ways a short way further up the road, and for the third time the one passed me yet again, and stopped.  She thanked me for my enthusiasm and positive energy and said that she saw her friend, who's been going through some difficulties, smile after I spoke.  Who would have known that a simple comment like "have a great day" would have such an impact for someone...feels good to know something so simple could be so meaningful.

I then came across this frog in a bamboo wind chime...he startled me at first but then I realized he must be having a great day...how much better can things get than hanging out in chime as it gently spins with the breeze?...it's like a frog hammock:)

That's all for now...have a great day!

Thanks for reading my blog, you are the best f/f/r/s/f's, see you tomorrow,
Lise
