Maple Roasted Butternut Squash

This is an easy and delicious winter vegetable dish...

Maple Roasted Butternut Squash

Ingredients:
Real Maple Syrup
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Butternut squash

Cut the butternut squash in half and core the seeds.  This is a beauty, isn't it?  Such a succulent deep orange color!
Quarter and peel the squash, then cube into pieces.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper, spread olive oil to coat and drizzle with real maple syrup.

Bake at 375 degrees until the squash softens and begins to caramelize on the edges, about 20 - 30 minutes, depending on how large your cubes are.

This will turn into squash deliciousness! Pair it with your favorite protein and enjoy!

Thanks for reading my blog, you are the best f/f/r/s/f's, see you tomorrow,
Lise
