Now That's A Dusting

Most people in my neck of the woods are happy that the snow we woke to this morning was the epitome of a dusting. It was so light that I couldn't see it on our gravel driveway and the little bit that I did see on the grass and car melted by the time I was back out there with my camera. Much to my delight, the snow on the table stayed for a bit because there was cold air underneath and above.
I took great pleasure in the tiny flakes, even though some were melting right before my very eyes.

I know spring is around the corner. I know the temperature will warm, trees will become speckled with tiny green buds and flowers will begin to sprout from the earth. It's inevitable. I'll enjoy it when it's happening. But I'm going to relish every bit of winter that shows it's face, because I love it!

Thanks for reading my blog, you are the best f/f/r/s/f's, see you tomorrow,
Lise

P.S. Is Onearm using the towel? Hugs!

Maybe in Florida dad! No, another Boomer (that's the nickname for red squirrels) did though. We did see Onearm since, but I think maybe she likes the canvas because it's been out there a long time and the rag towel had been cleaned in the washer. I'm putting it out in the rain today to see if I can wash off some of the cleansers--says something about the nature of clothes soap, don't you think? hugs back!
